I need to download the NY State 2015 Estates ant Trust Tax forms The program told me to call and the operator told me I had to do on line but it won't let me do it.

If you want to use TurboTax for an Estate and Trust return you will need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer the 2015 Business Edition (not the Home & Business edition) from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/2015/

You would then need to purchase the New York State Business program from within the installed Business Edition.  Click on Online. Click on Download State
