I need to change the state that Turbotax is using

I need to file a return for Oregon state. Turbotax is not allowing me file the return without purchasing it first. Somehow Washington state is set as the free state return. I didn't select Washington, and I don't even need to file a return - there is no personal income tax in Washington state.

How do I fix this?
