I'm not sure if I have filed my NC local taxes, however, I have finished my NC state taxes. I am very confused about this, but want to make sure I am doing it correctly.

Cities in North Carolina do not require local income tax returns to be filed.

As long as you have filed your North Carolina state tax return, you are filing correctly.
