I live in Virginia. How do I file State taxes only?

You cannot use TurboTax to prepare or file "stand alone" state tax returns. When you use TT, the information flows from the federal return to the state return. Unless you prepare and e-file a federal return, you cannot e-file a state return. You might want to try using the VA tax site if you only need to file a VA return.
