I live in Florida now but am filing my 2016 taxes and I lived in Wisconsin in 2016 so where do I send the federal return now I live in Florida

Where you lived in 2016 is irrelevant.  Use your current FL address on your tax return and mail the return according to the directions for FL.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.
