I live in AR but work in Texas. Question is Did u pay income tax to another state. Would I answer yes or no?

Your answer is no since TX has no state income tax and did not tax the income you received for working there.

Arkansas residents whose permanent residence is within the city limits of Texarkana, Arkansas are exempt from Arkansas individual income taxes.
