I E- filed both my Missouri and Indiana state returns. I am college student resides in Missouri but goes college in Indiana. Do need to mail a paper copy to Indiana?

Since you e-filed the Indiana return, I am positive that Indiana doesn't even want your paper return. You have done what you need to do.
