I cannot access my Maryland state section

When you say that you cannot access the Maryland state section, are you talking about the interview in TurboTax or the PDF pages in your tax return?

 

Are you using the Online product or the CD/download product?

 

When you say "can't access", please describe how you are trying to "access" it and what happens when you try.

I cannot access my Maryland state section

Im having the same problem, I'm using the CD software. After clicking the Start button next to the state of maryland icon and Maryland text. A dialog box pops up and says "well save your return and download your state" ..etc. then another dialog box opens and says your software is up to date.  There is no state to start as this process keeps cycling after  clicking OK and then start Maryland again. I tried restarting the software and computer numerous times.

I cannot access my Maryland state section

I completed my federal return,, and clicked "start state return"

I'm told to download the Maryland return, but when I try, I'm

told "Your software is up to date."  So I click "start state return"

and the loop starts all over again.   I've used TurboTax for many

years and never had this problem. Please fix it!!!!

 

Apparently I'm not the only one with this problem!
