Additions are items that get taxed on your Georgia return but not on your federal return and increase the income that Georgia will tax.
Most additions are based on information from your federal return and the additional questions we ask you. In some rare situations, you may have an addition that we haven't yet covered separately.
If there is nothing to add then leave blank. However, go back to the Georgia state tax return interview. On the section for Income, click on Start or Edit. On the next page scroll down to Miscellaneous. On Other Additions to Georgia Income, click on Start or Revisit. If you have noting to add then make sure there is nothing being reported in any of the boxes.
