I am stuck in a loop trying to get to my state return.

I cannot start my state return. Every time I click "Start", it takes me through the download process to download the state return information, then returns me to the state return launch page. What the heck is going on? Why can't you patch the product to get around this problem? Why should I have to uninstall and reinstall the product ... especially since it did not resolve the issue. Someone please get this fixed, or I delete the product that I've been using for about 30 years and go to a competitor. This is ridiculous. "
