How do I remove Form 3554 - New Employment Credit from my CA tax return. I did not get a new job. I am being asked to check this entry.

Follow these steps to remove a form in TurboTax:

1. Click on Tax Tools in the left menu bar
2. Click on Tools
3. Look under Other Helpful Links and choose Delete a form

Find the Form 3554 in the list of forms and click on the option to delete it.

I'm on Turbotax Premier for 2023 taxes and it wants me to file form 3554 which does not apply to me.  I have tried the recommended fix but I have no left side tool bar and no tools option!  What next?

If you are using Premier, go to the Forms mode in your return. Select Form 3554 in the left hand screen. When it appears in the right navigational pane, press delete form at the bottom.
