How do i fix WV form IT-140 error?

To enter your non-Arizona municipal interest in TurboTax Online:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax Online account. This takes you to your Tax Home
2. Open your return by selecting Continue or Pick up where you left off in the progress tracker in the center of the screen
3. Select the dropdown to the right of State Taxes in the left pane
4. Select Your State Returns
5. Select Edit to the right or Arizona
6. Scroll through the pages until you get to the Arizona Municipal Interest screen
7. Enter any Federal Exempt Non-Arizona Municipal Interest Income in the appropriate box, then select Continue

I believe this is a Microsoft error. You might want to google the error to find Microsoft's fix.
