The MA earned income credit is 30% of the federal amount. Verify your federal.

Are you asking AGI or gross? Do you want me to post the amount, or will it suffice to say that the AGI is well below $14K?

And my question was about Limited Income credit, not earned income credit. This is for the MA tax return, not federal.
