How do i find out the information i entered to have a payment taken from my state taxes?

Not sure what you mean by "have a payment taken from my state taxes". You cannot use your state tax refund to pay TurboTax fees or to pay federal tax due, if that is what you mean. If you had state tax due, then most states want you pay them directly either by check or money order or through the state's tax website.
