How do I fill out the "sign here" section on form 540 for CA?

I'm not sure how to correctly fill out form 540 side 5 for CA signing section. If TurboTax did my taxes, what should I put for 1-Firm's name 2-PTIN 3-Firm's address & 4-Firm's FEIN. Thank you in advance!

If you are paper filing your tax return, then you will need to write your signature on the "Your signature" line of the form and include the date.

TurboTax is only required to provide their entity information if your tax return was prepared by a Live agent.

In essence by entering the data into the TurboTax program, you have actually prepared your return.

the area to sign my state taxes has been blacked out. How or where do I sign my state tax. They said I can still efile but didn't say how.

When going through the filing steps, you will need to select the File by Mail option BEFORE you print. This will open up the redacted signature line. 

To get back to the filing options, please select File in the left menu bar and proceed through the filing steps again.
