How do i delete ca form 3554 from ca income tax form?

I'm doing my 2021 return and have already registered at this point. Am I helpless to leave the Form 3554 be and file an incorrect return?

Form FTB 3554, New Employment Credit, is used to figure a credit for a qualified taxpayer that hires a qualified full-time employee and pays or incurs qualified wages attributable to work performed by that employee in a DGA and receives a TCR for that employee.

If that does not apply to you, delete the form:

1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
4. Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.

I had this problem two years in a row using Turbotax online.  My TY 2022 solution:  Scroll down the black  bar to "Tax Tools."  Scroll in "Tax Tools" down to "Tools."  Click in "Tools" and select "Forms."  Select CA Form 3554 to Delete.   My problem was solved!

If you are using TurboTax Desktop/Download, you won't see a left menu. Those directions apply to TurboTax Online.
