How do I change the state on the 1099-R from MO to TX?

Why do you want to change the state? It is very unlikely to be a good thing to do.

I need to change it because it is incorrect!!!!!!!

I need to change the state on the 1099 form because I enterted the wrong one!

I entered the wrong one!!!!!!!

Enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1099-R

Edit the 1099-R listed. Change the state that you entered.
