Are you trying to verify that the bank info you entered was correct? If so you can call TurboTax and they can check the account that you submitted for the Kentucky return.

Are you trying to verify that your information was received by Kentucky? You received an email from TurboTax that told you whether your return was accepted or rejected. As long as the return was accepted then Kentucky has all of the information that you entered and sent.
