How can I remove Cal and add Oregon?

I filed in Cal last year, but need to file in Oregon this year instead of Cal.  Turbotax will not let me remove Cal and wants to charge me an additional $40 to add Oregon.  I don't need both, just Oregon.  I have not asked Turbotax to compute tax for Cal, but when I try to use Oregon it won't go forward unless I pay.

You will need to change your state of residence in My Info, found in the left bar of TurboTax.

1. Edit your Personal Info Summary to update your resident state and remove the previous state, if California still shows.  Also make sure California does not appear under Other State Income at the bottom of your Personal Info Summary.  
2. Review your W-2's to make sure the State withholding shows for Oregon and not California in Box 15 - especially if you did not change employers, this may not have been updated.
3. Then try to delete the California return from your State return screen and add Oregon.

This should resolve your issue.
