How can I change the taxable portion on my state return

When I entered my data it came up as taxable on the PA state form how can I change it

During the PA interview, you are given an opportunity to adjust your income to conform to PA law.
What came up taxable that you feel is incorrect?  Retirement income?

The amount that was paid to me monthly from my pension plans. I entered it the same way I did for 2017 and it was listed but not taxable in PA.
