All set on filing, no errors, low audit risk. When try to use credit card to pay to e-file, get box that says 'hmmm... it looks like we've hit a slight snag.' Called support and been half an hour and still no solution. Anyone have an idea, can't stay on phone all day, just want my refund!

After an hour, reinstalling Turbotax with no result, I could file my Federal return e-file (as no credit card required) and told to try again Friday! The rep tried his best, but I really feel I should get some recompense for a Turbotax issue or Turbotax/State issue. At least pay for the e-file and for next year's Turbotax Home and Biz 2025!

And now, my Case has been CLOSED, even though nothing has been resolved and still can't file my CA state tax return and get my refund! Insult to injury.
