Hit a 'slight snag' trying to pay for CA state e-file

All set on filing, no errors, low audit risk. When try to use credit card to pay to e-file, get box that says 'hmmm... it looks like we've hit a slight snag.'  Called support and been half an hour and still no solution. Anyone have an idea, can't stay on phone all day, just want my refund!
