Fix issue with return takes me to Ks Form k-40PT but this does not apply to me . I do I bypass it?

I was  wanting to reach out to you to see if you had any additional insight on my concern I posted to @DawnC in a reply?  I'm absolutely stuck.  I was wondering if maybe I could file my federal return and let my state return sit while we try to address this issue, but don't know how "linked" they are in this process.

I don't know what I can do from here.

Some Kansas customers are experiencing an error message around the Appraised Property Value on Form K-40PT.     The current solution is to enter '0' for the appraisal value.

I've tried this 4 times today, deleted the forms several times and when I go to file, it takes me back there again, I delete the KS_40SVR and it comes right back when it goes to check again before it lets me efile.  This is INSANE. 

PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.  Filer is NOT ELIGIBLE for these credits - is NOT a homeowner and can't apply.  Perhaps you should add a page where it asks if you are a homeowner or not and then program it not to include the forms if you are a RENTER or "other" non-homeowner.  

I have to use TaxSlayer for some other returns and this would have been addressed by them.  Please fix the KANSAS return!!!  (PS - I already paid to FILE the thing, now what am I supposed to do????)

TurboTax is currently working on the issue.  The workaround now is to enter $0 in the appraised property value.  This will allow you to move past the question, and the worksheet is not submitted with your return, so there will be no impact on your return.  If you do not wish to enter $0, you can continue to wait for TurboTax to correct the software issue.
