For tax year 2021 my wife transferred offices from Philadelphia, PA to New York City, NY. We are a non-resident for both of these locations and she worked 100% remotely (lived in DE then NJ in 2021). For the PA state filing, I selected it is our final return for PA since we don't live or work there anymore; however, TurboTax tells us there is an error that we cannot file as a nonresident on our Final PA return...this seems like a bug, can someone advise how to proceed?

This is not a bug. A nonresident should not check the box. The final status is only for people who lived in Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania says: "Use this filing status if you lived in Pennsylvania during 2021, but permanently moved away or if for any other reason, you will not have any PA-taxable income (or loss) in 2022. Provide the reason, such as you moved to another state.

I was struggling with the same problem. Thanks so much for your explanation.
