filing of state taxes errors

I cannot correct errors on my state taxes, turbo tax said that they would walk me thru.  The only thing that turbo tax says is that I cannot E-file my return, but no info on how to fix my errors, and did not tell me what or where the errors were. I had an error on my federal taxes which I fixed and resent, but I did not amend my state taxes because it said that I was good to go

I sent a message, I am waiting for a reply, or do you only receive messages and do no correspond in return with a solution to my problem.  I have used Turbo tax for the last 5 years and this is the only time I had so many problems.  I paid $79.99 and this was more than I have ever paid.  I am getting no help
