Out TurboTax eFile for the 2020 Federal and State Tax returns were rejected multiple times. We believe due to the fact the IRS has not processed our 2019 Taxes. The IRS has received our 2019 taxes because they cashed the check which we owed money in 2019 to the IRS and State of Idaho. However, there was a * by our Federal 2019 tax return indicating no tax return filed. We decided to print and mail both 2020 Federal and State tax returns after the multiple rejections. I have 2 questions
#1 Since Turbo Tax charges $25 dollars to file my State Tax which could not be completed. Can I get a $25 dollar credit back on my Credit Card from Turbo Tax?
#2 We owe the State of Idaho money for 2020. In our eFile tax form we selected a date a few days prior to the April 15th due date to Pay the State of Idaho our owed Taxes. Since our eFile State tax return was rejected. Is the dollar amount shown to pay the State of Idaho in our eFile return NOT going to pay? As we now will send a paper check to the State of Idaho.

Try using 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI. Since your efile was rejected, the state will not know have any payment info from you. If you choose to file by mail, you can probably pay directly on the state's tax website.
I was asked to enter my PIN from last year. I don't think I had a pin but it asked for my AGI from 2019 which I entered. I still am getting a rejection.
I thought that I should just Mail taxes in but it's getting
late. Can you suggest anything PLEASE

Try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the 2020 tax return again.
