Errors when trying to file State taxes

I'm getting the following errors and I can't figure out how to correct them.

• Schedule M1SA: ID Number SSN or EIN this information may be found on Form 1098 if the points paid correspond to the same loan as reported on Form 1098.
• Minnesota Form M1W - All W2, 1099, W-2G information for Schedule M1W should be entered on the Federal return. Please be sure all needed information has been entered.
• Schedule M1SA: Name this information may be found on Form 1098 if the points paid correspond to the same loan as reported on Form 1098.

I have entered all of the information, but keep getting these three errors. How can I resolve these?

I just want to verify - 

You have entered W-2G in the Federal portion of you tax return under the income section, yes?

When you entered your 1098 mortgage interest in the Federal portion of your return, under the deductions and credits section, you entered the EIN for the Mortgage Company, yes?

Did you pay mortgage interest and point on your mortgage loan?
