Endless Loop

Showing an error for e-filing state. Review error says that spouse's SSN should not be entered directly on the form (Colorado Information Worksheet - personal info) so I removed it. New error says that spouse's SSN is required on this form. Endless loop. Printer died. What am I supposed to do?
