e-filing GA STATE RETURN

I tried to e-filed both my federal and state return and paid the $20 to e-file the state. I then got a notification that I could not e-file the federal return because of form 7202. How do I get a refund of the $20 that I paid to e-file my GA return since I will have to mail it now.
