E-file for state return

When I first started doing my taxes over 3 months ago, I was asked in Turbo tax Home & Business if I wanted to e-file my state taxes for free (1 free filing). I selected yes. Now when I am filing my state taxes, Turbo Tax is charging me $29 to do so. Why?

Sorry you misunderstood.  You get 1 free state PROGRAM download to prepare unlimited state returns (in that state)  THEN each state return including the first one  is 24.99 (19.99 before March 1) to efile.  Or you can print and mail state for free.

The CD or your invoice says Fed+Efile+State.  It also says on the back on my CD case in the chart comparing the versions.....
