I'm unable to file state taxes even though I already filed my Federal. I was unable to file my state returns at the same time as the federal because the state was not excepting them until a later date. I have status that tells me the Federal has been excepted, in fact I have received my refund already. The error I,m getting is unable to e-file the state because I need the file the Federal first.?????
How do I get around this???

To e-file your state return after you e-filed your federal return and your federal return was accepted, please see the information below.
If you're using TurboTax Online:
If you're using TurboTax CD/Download:
With your return open, select the State Taxes tab near the top. This will take you to the state section and you can proceed from there.

Like I already stated , the status shows the Federal file have been accepted ( even though I already have received the money ) .
There is somekind of error with the windows version that will not let me send the state E-file.. HELP
