Yes, "Online" Deluxe includes the form 5695 for that.   It isn't scheduled to be ready in the software until after 14 January.

But...if you have any significant investment income (like annual distributions from mutual funds, or sales of stocks) you will be prompted to update to the Online "Premium" version at that point.  Of course, Premium includes the form 5695 too.
