Does anyone know about D400 NC state form? My returns are being held for processing because it says this form needs to be updated in turbo tax.

It shows the d400 form is available  for NC but turbo tax says it isn't? It also shows if we don't efile by 2/28/2022 we will be charged a extra $30.Is turbotax intentionally doing this to make $30 off us?

All North Carolina state forms are available.  Update your software.

Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen.  Click on Check for Updates.

If you are using the TurboTax online editions, clear your cache on your web browser - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/00/26135

If that does not resolve the problem, change your web browser to either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge

If the D400 forms are available according to this link, then why doesn't it load and fill on my taxes for NC???  I wanted to file my taxes days ago and I have no update from Turbo Tax.

Mine worked when I did the update. I had to update the actual turbo tax program

I have run all updates on my software and Turbotax indicates I am 100% updated, yet the NC Form D-400 Sch S will not load.  I cant file my state return without it.

May I ask are you using TurboTax Online or TurboTax Desktop? If you are using the TurboTax online editions, clear your cache on your web browser. You may also want to try changing your web browser to either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.

Please respond back here if neither of those resolves your issue.
