Did you click on the wrong state in a dropdown box?

You need to check your entries in both My Info and W-2. These are the most likely places where a state code is entered incorrectly. 

Then check the state return. If nothing appears in the entries, you can merely delete this return.

Go to State, then click the blue trash can
