Did anyone filing in the state of Tennessee get blocked to move forward because they left their state income tax blank even though we don't have state income tax?

I got to the part about box 15 and the instructions say to leave the box blank if the state you live in does not have state income tax, which I did. However, when I tried to continue the page flagged me and said I needed to add a state

Will the irs reject me efile if someone unlawfully claimed my children on their return? HR Block said wait another 21 days an then re efile so I did.
