conflict in filing NJ tax return

I updated the turbo tax program for awaiting new NJ tax forms. This updating was for us to be able to print our NJ tax return.  We were not able to print the NJ return originally. On the NJ return, after final review a new message pertaining to entries that need attention. It stated that we were ineligible for e-filing. The reason is -RETURNS WITH PASS-THROUGH BUSINESS ALTERNATIVE INCOME TAX CREDIT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ELECTRONIC FILING.  I do not understand any of this or where to look for an answer.

When we originally finished both our federal and state returns, both were electronically submitted and accepted.

I believe this error occurs when TurboTax updates itself for this issue and you already had NJ-DOP on your return.

You can ignore it, since you already e-Filed  !

Thanks for the reply but the message about tax credit and the ability to file was strange.
