Community property wages filing CA 540NR jointly

I reside/domicile in WA and my wife in CA, both community property states. We jointly own a rental house in CA. We filed MFJ Federally. As I understand it from the CA FTB, we must file A 540NR Jointly in CA. We must divide our incomes such that she Must claims half of hers and half of mine CA state income tax. How do I do this inside of TurboTax ?

If you are filing jointly why are you dividing anything ?   Review that section again.

FTB stated that since we filed our federal jointly That we must also file CA jointly. Since both states are community property states, we must claim one half of the others income as our own. I am a non-resident and therefore must claim/declare one-half of her income as California-sourced income even though I am a WA resident. She as a California resident, in addition to half of her income, she must also claim half of mine..in essence, we must declare 100% of her income as a resident and 50% of mine as a non-resident.

I found this document on-line:

https://www.caltax.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/NonresidentsONLINE.pdf#page78

I found an answer in the Appendix which states entering the incomes in column E of the Schedule CA 540NR form.

When using TurboTax, filing jointly as resident and non-residents of CA, it looks like I might have to make manual changes to the Schedule CA 540NR by selecting forms view.
