Yes, you can just file your Iowa return. However, you will have to mail it to the State of Iowa. You will not be able to e-file your state return through TurboTax unless you also e-file a federal income tax return.

I filled my taxes on jan 22 I received my state but got a letter in the mail that stated it will take up to 60days for the its to review my federal it has been 60 days
