CA State TT Principal Residence now Spain

We moved to Spain in July. So this is our residence at time of filing. TT tells me to enter City, Province, Country (not abbreviated) and local postal code on the "City" line. So far, so good. But now I am supposed to enter "County" - TT tells me that if I am in a foreign country I should leave this blank. However, when I do this and click continue, I get the red letters telling me to enter a county. I cannot proceed with my state form in TT!! Please fix this!!

I went ahead and simply entered the last county I resided in (for the greatest number of months) and was able to proceed. If customer support thinks that was wrong, hope someone will tell me here or via email. Not filing until next week.
