CA state taxes not attached to Hawaii returns

In 2021, I spent half of the time in HI and half in CA. For my HI returns, it requires that the CA returns are attached when e-filling but it seems like TurboTax is not attaching them. My e-file for my CA returns were successful, but for HI, the e-filing failed with the error:

HICR-001 - If Line Income Tax paid to other state or country [IncTaxPaidToOtherStateOrCntry] is greater than zero on the Schedule CR, then binary attachment(s) with the file name beginning with 'TaxPaidAnotherState' must be present

How do I get TurboTax to include my CA returns when filing my HI returns?
