CA State Taxes E-File Payment Discrepancy

My Turbo Tax shows I owe CA $2,035 but when I E-Filed and paid thru my bank, the Tax Return shows that I paid $928. Any idea why this happened?

Why am I getting emails from Intuit to file my taxes and avoid accruing more penalties/fees? I filed weeks ago and my payment cleared. The efile status shows "Filed".
