CA EXCESS SDI E-FILE GLITCH STILL PRESENT

Hello,

I paid for electronic e-file and now need refund. The phone center hung up on me. The Excess SDI e-file glitch has not been fixed. I'm filing via paper today. I posted on different thread and did not receive a response. Please let me know the best way to submit for the refund.
