Using Turbotax Business and I paid for my state product (Ohio) and it won't load. I click on "Start State Now" and it takes me to a window with a list of states you've downloaded and I see my Ohio there. I click the box and the only option then is to click the "Download Now" button. When I do that it just takes me through a couple of screens to "Your software is up to date" but then I can't start the state return. It just goes through that whole loop again. Please help.

I am experiencing this exact same problem today, February 27, 2025. I downloaded/paid for 2 states. But when click on one to "start" it saying it is downloading/updating again. Then back to home page to select the state. How do I get past this? Desktop version of Premier Turbotax
