Are all tolls paid using my EZ pass deductible on my MA state return whether they’re part of my commute or not?

Expenses that are not commuting expenses are not deductible.  This website provides excellent guidance on what you can and cannot claim for the commuter tax deduction:  https://www.mass.gov/service-details/learn-about-the-commuter-deduction
