Anyone know where to enter Sewage Capacity Charge for State of Washington?

King County in Washington State has Sewage Capacity Charge for Homeowners. Most people pay quarterly fee vs a lump sum. Would this fall under addition property tax paid?

Doubtful.  The charge would have to be based on the value of the home to be deductible as a property tax.

It is not deductible. The King County sewer capacity charge is a fee paid in addition to a monthly sewer bill to help pay for new wastewater infrastructure.
