Amend return due to duplicated 1099R distribution

I was reviewing my printed return and somehow noticed the entry for my PA distribution for PSERS, which is taxable income, shows up on the form twice. I started to amend the return to remove the 2nd entry so I don't pay taxes on it,  and now I"m stuck at the state return.

It says:

"Tell us about your original deductions

We need to verify the number we transferred from your original return and make sure this is correct. Edit any incorrect amounts below that might have been changed since you filed your return."

Above the text box it says ("Original Deductions from Schedule O.")  I don't have a Schedule O, and I don't understand what they mean by "Original deductions." I tookd standard deduction. Is that what they mean?  Student loan interest is the only other deduction.

Help. Where on my return do they want me to find my "Original" deduction amount? I can't find the answer anywhere online, results are not even relevant.

I have forms:
1040
Schedule 1
Schedule D
8995
PA-40
Schedule B
Another PA-40 Gross Comp Worksheet, (which is where I foudn the PSERS entry twice under Compensation from Federal Forms 1099R)

Please, somebody know the answer!
THANK YOU

Amend return due to duplicated 1099R distribution

If you don't have a schedule O, enter $0.  When they ask for original deductions, they are referring to the amount deducted on the original (not amended) tax return.

A schedule O is used to report the amount of deductions for contributions to Medical Savings/Health Savings Accounts, and contributions to 529 plans and
Pennsylvania ABLE Savings Programs.

Schedule O must be included in the amended return if you are changing the deductions.  But, you are not changing the deductions from $0, you are amending the income so this is not applicable.
