If i am paying Ga tax i owe myself, why is it deducted here. Why is my federal e-file showing 1 amount and total refund shows amount they deducted for ga tax.

OK ... please read that summary screen again ... it just shows you the net between the refund and bal due and nothing else.

also, i started to have turbo tax/intuit deduct the cost from using it through my refund, but then decided to pay for it with a credit card (The turboTax),instead of another $40 just to have them do that...when i printed it still shows i was charged $39.99 to have them do it..Confused?

Yes to the fed refund ... state balance due can never be paid out of the fed refund ever.

If you choose to pay the fee with a CC then the refund processing should  have been dropped however ... did you only pay for the Deluxe fed version ?   And then had the state fee withheld from the federal for the extra fee ?  If you have not yet filed then review your fees in the FILE tab step 1.
