3554 - new employment benefit recapture, 3840 - California Like -Kind Exchanges are not applicable for me but turbo tax still showing up gap to fix. pls do the needful.

I am unable to finish state tax return. pls help to fix this.

If you do not need to fill out this form, then you can delete it from your return. 

If you are using TurboTax Desktop/CD: 

• Find the icon that says "FORMS" click on it and then scroll down to where it says "California Forms".
• Then click on that. It will drop down all the forms for the state of California.
• Scroll to find "Form 3554" select and then press the delete button on your keyboard.
• It will ask if you want to delete. Press yes and then it will get delete it. 

If you are using TurboTax Online

• With your return open, in the left menu column click on TAX  TOOLS, then TOOLS.
• In the Tools window, choose the link "Delete a form."
• In the list of forms find that particular CA Form 3554 you need to delete.  It will then ask you to confirm. 

Then do the same for Form 3840.

I did followed and was able to delete form 3554 but unable to find the form 3840 under delete forms but protecting to file since the form is exist but can’t find out under delete forms with form number 3840.  TT customer care was out the call on hold for 30 mins as they themselves don’t know it seems.
