There is a significant calculation issue with CA Schedule 540NR Section A column C and D calculations. Column D is doubling my income because Column C should be empty.
Then I have no way to account for the part time resident amounts. My non-California income earned in 2022 was before I was a resident of California and should not be included in my total taxable income. (I can put the correct amount in column E but when the bogus column D numbers come into For 540NR the gross earnings are wrong).
I can correct everything with a Form 540NR override. But I am not able to override the amounts listed in columns C and D in Schedule 540NR and the Schedule is filed as part of the CA State Return.

If you are using CD/Download, select Online in the top left, then Send Tax File to Agent.
If you are using TurboTax Online, tap Tax Tools in the left column. Then Tools. In the center box, select Share my file with Agent.
I called in. Issue resolved by deleting source form worksheet. And starting again.
