My Last name is Peña, but on my social security and some W2s it says Pena. Should I fill out my taxes under Pena or Peña?

You want to be sure your name on your return matches what the Social Security Administration (what is on your social security card) has on file. The IRS gets its information on taxpayers from the Social Security Administration, so if it doesn't match, the return gets rejected.
